The first phase of the 20 days "Performance Enhancement Training" for Bayer's CropScience Pvt. Ltd Staff was successfully completed today on 16th April, 2011 at DCSE, Hubli. The participants learned basics of computers (hardware and software concepts), tech tools such as social networking, emailing. They also had the opportunity to work on their annual presentation reports to which constant guidance was provided by Technology for Common.
