The first phase of the 20 days "Performance Enhancement Training" for Bayer's CropScience Pvt. Ltd Staff was successfully completed today on 16th April, 2011 at DCSE, Hubli. The participants learned basics of computers (hardware and software concepts), tech tools such as social networking, emailing. They also had the opportunity to work on their annual presentation reports to which constant guidance was provided by Technology for Common.
Technology for Common had organized IT training for Bellad & company employees for 2 days (08th and 09th Feb 2011) in Dehspande Centre for Social Entrepreneurship Hubli. People from Hubli, Dharwad, Belagaum, Bellary, Hospet and many other places have attended this training, the training was about MS Office 2007 Effective E mailing and social networking sites. This was 2nd batch of 30- 35 trainees, the 1st batch was done in the month of January 17th and 18th 2011 there 2 more batches to go
The attendees for the training were from sales, service and accounts department from different Dealership showrooms of Bellad and company like Hero Honda, Sony, HMT, Hyundai, Chevrolet (four wheelers showroom) etc.
